- Do crunches and push-ups during commercials.
 - Do some squats and leg lifts while you brush your teeth.
 - Get a workout buddy and keep each other accountable.
 - Join a fitness group or make one.
 - Take lessons - tap, jazz, ballroom, belly dancing, horseback riding, skiing, rock climbing, surfing, etc.
 - Participate in intramural sports.
 - Walk the dog.
 - Hike at a nearby nature preserve during the weekend.
 - Play with your kids - Play catch or tag, dance, march around the house with toy instruments. It’s a great excuse for allowing yourself to be a kid again.
